We call our Sauvignon Blanc "Luce" in Italian because of the way the light ripens these grapes.

Our handcrafted wines are produced solely from our high elevation Mariah Vineyards grapes. These dry farmed vines are tended to and sustainably farmed by Dan.

When the grapes are at the correct stage of sweetness they are hand picked and sorted. We then begin the winemaking, producing our exclusive estate wines, with each vintage imparting it’s own uniqueness.
